COVID-19 REPORT – DAY 19

The first workout for the Support Your Local Box fundraiser has been released! All the info, including scaling options, can be found here – https://games.crossfit.com/workouts/open/2021

Everyone can do a version of this workout. Even if you need to use a can of beans for the snatches.

We’ll be hitting this workout on our Zoom class today at 10am.

    10 squats
    9 db snatch (right)
    10 pushups
    9 db snatch (left)

    Total: 5 rounds+9 reps
    Got new 20#DBs, too light. 35# next time.
    Pushups were my limiting factor.

    9 KB (15#) snatch (right)
    10 pushups
    9 KB (15#) snatch (left)

    5 rounds + 10 squats + 5 KB snatch (right)
    Total = 205 reps

    Video of my WOD (note that after 1 round i speed it up to x1.25 so that the soundtrack fits in. I was not going that fast 😉 Still learning how to edit videos :P)

    9 DB Snatches (R) 35#
    10 push-ups
    9 DB Snatches (L) 35#

    4 Rounds + 17 reps = 169
    Broke up the snatches into 5-4 and everything else was really slow.

    Split Jerk
    5 rounds x 3
    75-75-85-95-115

    5 Rounds of

    AMRAP in 2 minutes (you pick the weight) 95#

    5 Hang power cleans
    5 Push presses
    Then rest for two minutes

    If you set the bar down you have to do 5 Burpees

    R1 28 Reps
    R2 25 Reps
    R3 21 Reps with 5 Burpees
    R4 23 Reps with 5 Burpees
    R5 22 Reps with 5 Burpees
