COVID-19 REPORT – DAY 12

We had a great Happy Hour on Zoom last night. Got to catch up with a lot of people and actually see their faces.

It’s funny – after this is all over, I think people are going to have a new appreciation for the little things in life. That, or divorce.

So Netflix… Started watching The Umbrella Academy. A little odd, but I’m getting into it. What else are people watching?

A movie will be on tap for tonight. Mr. Rogers? Or maybe an older comedy. We’ll see what the date wants.

    2” wall squats w a stick (5, 3, 1, 1 tempo)

    B) 4 sets of 8 reps slowest deadlifts
    2 sets 50#
    2 sets 56#

    That was harder than I thought it would be!

  10. You all didn’t see or hear much of me as I was attending to kids devices not working. I was happy to hear all your voices 😁and do a workout with others.

    I completed 9 rounds and 10 squats bug would have been 10 + if Charlotte didn’t need daddy’s help with a show she was watching
