COVID-19 REPORT – DAY 10

We’re into the double digits. Unfortunately not for temperature, just for days being closed. However, yesterday was VERY nice. I saw tons of people doing their workouts outdoors.

So what’s been your favourite workout so far?

What about the toughest?

    I haven’t overly enjoyed any of them, although I’m lucky to have someone to work out with. I will enjoy them more when I can work out outside in some warm sunny weather – hopefully in the next week or two. 🙂

    10 Russian twists (10# plate) 2 count
    15 Flutter kicks (2 count)

    5 push ups from toes
    10 Russian Twists 2- count (15# KB) – both feet in the air
    10 Goblet Squats (15# KB) – oops forgot that it was supposed to be 15 reps!!

    = 7 Rounds + 5 pushups
    Russian twists & goblet squats all unbroken.

    Cashout:
    10 Turkish getups (15# KB) – 5L, 5 R
    48 b’day burpees
    2 mile ruck (25#) – used CFM loaner Goruck pack!

    48 Birthday Burpees

    Wall Squat
    3 sets of 5 reps
    5 seconds down, 3 sec hold, stand up
    Get as close to the wall as possible

    Deadlift:
    4 sets of 8 reps with 35#KB
    Do the slowest deadlifts of life.
    Take a minimum of 15 seconds per rep.
    If you’re not sweating by rep 5, go slower.

    I run to relieve my worries. Im trying to be calm as both kids are driving home together tonight from ontario. They have to get in….and out of quebec…good lord! Hotels are closing as expected…they may have to sleep in a walmart parking lot! Stay safe everyone!
