Sunday WOD

Every 90 seconds for 30 minutes:
Perform 1 Clean and Jerk

Start light and build up. This is 20 rounds, so don’t make big jumps and keep good form throughout. If form starts to break down, step back a bit in weight and finish the time with a weight that you can move with good form.

    Enjoyed the weight lifting day.

    Clean and Jerk for 30mins
    Started at 75 and added 10# per round
    to 265# matching an old jerk PR

    Bonus round after the wod did 275# matched my old squat clean PR and is a 10# jerk PR.

    55#-125# 5# PR.

    Every 90 sec/20 rounds: 1x Clean + Jerk
    155 x 4 (Power Clean + Push Jerk)
    185 x 3 (Clean + Push Jerk for all remaining sets)
    205 x 3
    225 x 1 … shaky AF… dropped back to 205
    205 x 8
    225 x 1 … extra 1:20 of rest, waited at end of 90 sec interval, both clean and jerk felt solid, much better.

    Looked for something at home, modified Annie.
    50-40-30-20-10 for time
    Double unders
    Squats
    Pushups

    40# to 70#
    Did all power clean & jerks. Next time will work on squat clean & jerks.
