For those maxed out,
1RM Bench Press

15-12-9 reps:
Power Cleans (115/75#)
Burpee over bar

Rest 5 min and then repeat

    Unexpectedly fun morning! Kept moving along with testing.

    Flexibility: 2ā€ wall squat 35# bar – BROWN 1

    Lactic Tolerance: 21-15-9 body builders & jumping pull-ups – YELLOW 3

    Squat endurance: split squat @.14 BW – PURPLE 1

    Overall Level:
    @ start of class = YELLOW 2
    @ end of class = YELLOW 3 šŸ˜

  2. Bench Press (trying to slowly build back and find my 1RM now that my wrist/shoulder are recovering)
    45×5 – 65×4 – 85×3 – 95 – 105 – 110

    110 felt solid, but didn’t want to push it on my shoulder.

    Still had a little time so quickly warmed up my OHS and tried the 45# @ 2″ – and nailed it! Brown I -> Brown III
