    Five minute kip practice — Holy crap on a cracker .. after 2 years of trying, I strung T2B for the first time! It was slightly ugly but I was able to continuously string them! Hallelujah!

    Five minute double under practice (no throwing the rope — score!)

    Made it 6 T2B into the round of 21. Did singles mixed with doubles and only tripped up a few times AND I strung my T2B for the entire WOD – only lost my rhythm two or three times!
