Overhead Squat
Build to a 2RM

EMOM for 15 min
Min 1 – 50 DU’s or 40 sec of skipping
Min 2 – 5-8 Strict Pullups
Min 3 – 15 Russian Twists (25#)
Min 4 – max OHS (135/95#/60%)
Min 5 – Rest

    EMOM for 15 min
    Min 1 – 40 sec of skipping (80/85/85)
    Min 2 – 5-8 Ring rows (8/8/8)
    Min 3 – 15 Russian Twists (20#KB alternating one foot on floor) – (25/22/22) – forgot it was only 15! Oh well, extra fitness.
    Min 4 – max OHS (40# unbroken) (13/13/14)
    Min 5 – Rest

    Max OHS reps = 40

    Build to a 2RM
    Managed to work up to 65#. Up from 45#.

    EMOM for 15 min
    Min 1 – 50 DU’s or 40 sec of skipping. Did some skipping some were du’s. Most were not.
    Min 2 – 5-8 Strict Pullups. 4 pull-ups total, the rest ring rows.
    Min 3 – 15 Russian Twists (25#) and shout.
    Min 4 – max OHS (135/95#/60%) kept 65#. 8/4/3.
    Min 5 – Rest
    Glad to have my energy back after getting over the flu.
