    Double unders were not with me today & really slowed me down.
    Based WOD weight on 40% back squat max, but should have been at 60%, so next time, this should be 95# (This is doable)

    Since i slept in and did the 7:00 a.m. class I missed Bob’s birthday burpees at 6:00 a.m., I did 62 burpees as my cash out….ugg!)

    Back squats – 120/140/155/165/ 2 @175 — Felt better than they have lately. I was able to fight the knee collapse a bit more so I think my PT exercises are starting to pay dividends.

    WOD — 5:48 with singles, a few double attempts each round and 95#.
