    100 Burpees – 5’s, then 1’s from 50 to 100

    Banded triceps extensions – 60 reps as unbroken as possible (28/48/60)

    Crossover symmetry Iron Scap (Green band)

    Class done with Mel — Rx weights — 39:48. Got capped on deadliffts at 88 reps and capped on power cleans at 77 reps.

    This was probably my first time using Rx and I was definitely a challenge for me!
