Or work on you technique.

20 Box Step ups BW
40 DU’s or singles x 2

    Squat snatch: worked up to whatever didn’t pull my stomach

    Did rx first round and a half of the snatch, then dropped to 65# on the bar cause it was pulling.
    Breaking up my sets of doubles into 20s so I can make sure I’m breathing enough.

    80 single skips

    Worked up to comfortable 75#.

    10 Snatches (115/75#/60%) 65#
    20 Box Step ups BW
    40 DU’s or singles x 2 did 80 singles. Unbroken. Doubles are still frustrating.

    Back Squats 5 x 10 (125/135/140/145/150) — First time doing weighted backed squats since I injured my groin. Depth was slightly off but overall I’m happy with how they want. Knees are still collapsing but seem to be getting stronger.

    25 Butterfly sit ups
    5 Dball over shoulder (50#)

    My left leg is still not happy with these, but I managed them all with 25#

    15 Pushups
    25 Butterfly situps
    5 D-Ball over the shoulder
    Pushups are feeling better,, I managed one round with sets of 5, most were with sets of 3 and 4. I’ve never done D-Ball before, and it wasn’t so bad!
