    Plate raises 4 x 12 (15#) — Tried 20# but could only get to nine reps and my core was dying.

    120# sandbag drag around rig
    sandbag clean — 2 rounds with 80# and 1 round with 60#
    sandbag squat — 60# in front rack

    My plan was to use the 80 for at least one round, but I suddenly couldn’t manage to clean it, so I used the 60#
