    Used 50# DBs 1st three rounds then 60# the remaining two

    Stuck with strict high leg raises instead of t2b to avoid any swinging while my hands heal

    Pretty tired from last few classes took it light. If I did it again I’d use 40# or 45#. Knee raises are much better than last month.

    Was successful in 12 T2B in first 2 rounds and 10 in Round 3 & 4 and 9 in Round 5.
