  19. Subbed deadlifts (from rack — just below knee level) for front squat since my groin is still quite unhappy.

    125/145/155/165/175

    WOD — I was happy to be able to do burpees since these hurt last week. My leg wasn’t super happy afterwards but not too bad. I’d like to retest this one to see how much faster I can go when my groin is healthy.
