    I had a hard time keeping count but I think the score is fairly accurate. Rounds were 100/95/100. It was fun and it definitely got a good burn going. Everything was basically unbroken. My transition to the rower needs to get faster.

    Tried to do it as close to Rx as possible. Just stepped up to 20# WB in the last month and 24 inch Box jumps. Slowed me down.
    192 Reps total. Will keep working with those numbers
