7 sets of the following sequence:
Complete 5 rounds. Rest as needed between rounds. Go for max load.
-No resting on the ground (even to re-grip)
-Jerking is allowed.
-Thrusters are allowed.
–Can’t receive the clean in a squat and then directly overhead…must stand first, then front squat.

1st round: 65
2nd round: 70
3rd round: 75
4th round: 80
5th round: 85

35-40-45-50-55# – possibly to 60 / 65# next time?
Did thrusters from FS and jerks from BS.

Grabbed another present under the tree
3 Rounds 15 min cap
– Row 500m
– 12 Deadlifts at BW ( did at 185# due to tight back and hamstrings )
– 21 Box Jumps ( did step ups due to foot )
Finished at 14:30
