    Pretty happy with the result. A nice PR from Oct /18 when I completed 10 Rounds + 9 in the 11th with 75#. PR’s are pretty rare for me

    My previous Max was 115#, in the Opens when Matt loaded my bar. Today I managed 110#, a big mental win for me, because i failed it twice, and didn’t give up.
    I need to work on my hip drive and getting under the bar!

    10 rounds plus 8 reps

    THEN
    I joined Kevin in a training session:
    3 strengths
    4 sets at 70%, 5th set an amrap
    Shoulder Press @ 55#, final set 12 reps
    Front Squat @ 90#, final set 11 reps
    Deadlift @ 140#, final set 9 and a partial (third rep didn’t touch the ground, sigh)

    Super fun 10 min AMRAP
    100ft 80# sandbag carry (fold in half and hug)
    10 front squat ( bear hug 60#)(awkward)
    1 burpee
    I spent most of my time wrangling the 80# sandbag..
    I managed 2 rounds and 5 front squats

      Power Cleans – 75/90/105/115/125 – failed 130 twice but then finally got it. Failed 140 — wasn’t getting under the bar.
