And the winners are…

Congratulations to the Young Pups! They managed to squeak by with a 5 point lead. The Old Farts fought hard, winning 4/5 weeks of spirit points. Both teams were amazing throughout the entire Open. We hope you had a great time and will all sign up again next year.

    I got time capped-those shoulder presses got tough

    First of all, congrats to the Young Pups!
    I arrived late for to the 7pm OG and decided to do the workout.
    Warm up row 800m
    Press x7
    35 – 45 – 55 – 65
    10-1 reps
    Strict Pullups
    Shoulder Press (65#)
    Box Jumps (20”)
    If I noticed the rep suggestions on the board before I was done, I might have gotten through the workout more smoothly! I managed to finish the workout around the 20 min mark. Kevin used my bar for his warm up, and I waited, so I am not sure. πŸ€·β€β™€οΈit might have been close.
    Anyway.. I didn’t die
    I finished with 5 min of burpees – 58 reps
