Some 17.5 flashbacks – definitely felt better today

I didn’t know I was supposed to keep track of my rounds..
My DU’s were all done in around 18 seconds.
The thrusters took me longer but I did them unbroken and I tried to make sure I had around a minute rest after each set. 4th round of thrusters was ugly.

screw the workout….I did 63 du’s in the warm up!!!! Until my rope hit my stupid foam roller….so happy:) pr by 20 du’s
