Happy Thanksgiving

Ron has graciously offered to open the gym today from 10-11:30am. No need to register. Just come in for a workout, lift some weights, or hang out with some friends.

    235# 5 reps x 5 sets

    5 rounds
    1 min Handstand Hold
    5 Strict Ring Dips
    10 Pushups

    roughly 20 minutes to complete….really hard on the shoulders and arms
