20.1

All the classes will be doing the Open workout today. However, this evening, when you arrive at the gym, mark your name on the whiteboard for your specific heat. If you can judge, put your name under an athlete’s name (there’s bonus points for judging this year).

First heats starts at 4:30pm. Come early, get in a solid warm-up, and bring your A-game.

There will be a 5 minute transition between heats. Athletes – have your bars ready to go BEFORE the heat starts. The clock won’t be waiting for you.

    Considering i have only put a bar overhead twice since May, I was very happy with this score. I had to clean and jerk every rep (I feel like this added a lot of time)

    I was so excited tonight to do 20.1 with Jeana as her first Opens workout!
    I felt my lack of cardio in this one, so I just plugged away at it.. I did clean and jerks, and managed to cycle some..
