Rest 5 min

EMOM for 12 min
Min 1: 15 Russian KBS (70/53#)
Min 2: 30 sec Wall Sit

Attitude is everything. You could be balls deep into the shittiest workout you’ve ever done, and if you choose to smile (or make someone else smile), it’s not quite as sucky.

    PR 10# in Russian KBS and in burpees (only did 8 last time)

    EMOM #2 — KBS @ 53# and Rx wall sits.
