    5 bmu
    2-#80 kB 150’ farmer carry
    10 cal bike

    So… my mu’s were
    2 first round
    3 second round
    4 third (unbroken)
    3 fourth
    5 fifth
    Then I did some more bar mu’s after I finished and worked on getting my hips to the bar/straight arms/straight legs.
    So my whole goal today was to have some fun doing some bmu’s and reassure myself I can still do them.
    I got a pr of 4 in a row… so that was cool
    Then I did the wod. Basically 300+ di’s and got reminded to keep working on these.
    Overall a fun morning though
