1 Hang power clean + 1 hang squat clean + 1 squat clean

Then, 2 x max reps set:
Hang power clean @ 80-85% of today’s heaviest
Rest 3 minutes between sets

    40-45-50-55-55-60-60-65-65-70#

    Then, 2 x max reps set:
    HPC @ 85% of today’s heaviest
    Rest 3 minutes between sets
    60#
    = 18 reps

    2 set of max reps HPC (@ 80-85% of heaviest set)

    Rest 3 minutes between sets

    I got the hpc & hsc but failed the sc on the 235

    Then, 2 x max reps set:
    Hang power clean @ 80-85% of today’s heaviest
    Rest 3 minutes between sets

    185#. 25 total reps

    Note to self: pay attention. Thought it was 10 mins, not 10 rounds 🤦🏻‍♀️ So stayed at 155 for a while.

    80# was a fail.. tried twice got it up second try but not in good form
