    My abs hurt a lot..

    Burpees were steady singles
    Pushups pretty much all 3s and 2 until last 5 were singles in the last round
    Lunges were steady
    Sit ups were steDy but my neck was hurting for some reason, must of been straining
    Lunges were burning
