    In mar 2018 during the open I did this in 10:11 so that’s almost a 2 minute PR. I am pretty happy with that !

    Nice pr, went a little fast at first, I know Sub 6 is possible, burpees slowed down in the 6’s

    WOD with 35# dumbbells
    11:58….just under the wire (12 min time cap). Had to did in on my last set to finish

    Debated on the weight choice & had 25# DB’s as a back up but didn’t need them. Last couple of sets were tough.
