    I actually forgot to write my time down for this one. It was about 33 minutes, I believe.

    Did the first run but my foot and calf cramped about half way through and by the time I got back to the gym it was seizing up.

    The first set of C&J (@ 75#) were slow and painful – only managed 1-2 reps at a time.

    Ended up rowing the 800m & last 1600m. Last set of C&J felt better but still slow. Cycling felt good though.
