  6. Did get my ass out of bed for 830 and then dreaded the idea of doing this later in the heat – subbed pushups and did it at home. Reversed the order by accident so did pushups then run.

    This was a bit of a challenge today as I sorta got in my head. Things like “stop after 3 rounds that’s like over 20 mins of work” but I said “you can just slow down and get to 40 min instead” Oddly enough I kept going and sprinted the last round. Small victory 🙂
