CrossFit Moncton turns 11 years old today! We are blessed you have chosen us to help you with your health goals. A lot has changed over the years, from starting out in a school playground, and now in our 4th location.

We want to give away 11 InBody scans as a thank you for your continued support. The first 11 people to post what date they started at CFM in the comments will win an InBody scan.

    Was not expecting a PR today as I took a slower than normal pace on all movements but did not rest much especially on WB’s. I guess that was the trick all along 😉

    Second ever RX workout and first time doing a workout with a 20# ball.
    Glad I stuck with it and got it done, although I could have chosen an easier workout to try with a 20# ball.

    Goal was to finish this wod, which I’ve never done. 29 reps short BUT it’s a PR. And that PR came to me in 35 degree heat at lunchtime, so I’ll take it 🙂
