    30 Double-unders
    10 Burpees
    3 Bar Muscle-ups

    7 rounds + 12 DU’s – PR of 15 reps

    then…

    Run 1 mile
    50 Wall Ball + 1 Rope Climb
    Run 800 m
    50 Sit Ups + 1 Rope Climb (did Box Jumps here accidentally)
    Run 400 m
    50 Box Jump (24in) + 1 Rope Climb (did Sit Ups here)
    Run 200 m
    50 KBS (53#) + 1 Rope Climb
    Run 100 m
    50 Burpees + 1 Rope Climb
