    Prep Class Burpee Sandwich
    10 Burpeees then 5 rounds of
    – 5 push ups
    – 5 situps
    – 5 squats
    then 10 Burpees

    Can’t remember what I did the last time but did this in 3:22. I believe the last time was 3:19 but at the end of prep class it was 5:44 around 4 years ago
