    Min 1 = 20 goblet squats 50/35#
    Min 2 = 15 ghd sit ups
    Min 3 = 10 burpees
    Min 4 = 10 wall balls 30/14
    Min 5 = 5 D ball cleans (over shoulder) (150/70#)
