    Note:Next time try to finish around 185#

    Leveled up to hang sqaut cleans… got to 185# within 20 reps and worked on technique (90% of 1RM of 205#)
    Failed a couple of reps, @ 180 & 185#. Early pull and not fully extended.

    Hang squat cleans up to 115#.
    Hindsight is 20/20.. I could have/should have gone a little heavier. Still had so much fun – it was a really fun class!

    Started at 95. Increased in #5 increments to 225. Then did 235-245-265(f). Cleaned it but couldn’t stand it up. Need to front squat more.
    *Level up by performing Hang Squat Cleans

    Match PR of 225lb but got a PR as I hang squat cleaned .
    Lost hook grip on last attempt.

    Lifts felt good, The 5# jumps were a good plan. Try a little bit heavier next time.
