All of these sets will be over 80%. Anything less is a warm up.

6 rounds
20 sec Squats
10 sec Rest
20 sec Plank
10 sec Rest
20 sec Hollow hold
10 sec Rest

Push hard on the squats. Planks unbroken. And choose a Hollow hold scale that you can manage 20 sec all out.
