    Used blue band and had Shauna hold my legs
    Those were toughhhh

    WOD Rx:
    250

    Pullups: 32-26 (5s both rounds)
    WB: 43-43 (10-10-10-13 both rounds)
    T2B: 30-20 (5s round 1, 3s round 2 – grip was limiting factor)
    Thrusters: 28-28 (7s both rounds)

    That hurt my cardio a lot

    T2B – 23/17 (I’m pretty sure this is what death feels like..)
    Thrusters – 20/20 (55#)

    2 min Wall Balls 16# 32 | 27 (Wanted to use a 20# but got too many air balls during warm up)

    2 min T2B 23 | 28 (had to scale to leg to post?? during second round due to hands being ripped)

    T2B: 22-15 (These killed me…obvious by round 2 score)
    Thrusters 55#: 20-20

    Total reps = 197

    This one wrote me off for a while. I only felt normal after I got home & ate breakfast.
