    Fatal 40:

    40 wall balls 20/14#
    40 hang power cleans 95/65#
    40 pull ups
    40 deadlifts
    40 push ups
    40 box jumps
    40 Kbs (53/35#)
    40 t2b
    40 air squats
    40 hang snatch
    40 double unders
    40 sit-ups
    40 burpees

    Do 400 m run before and after every round aka 2.8km of running…

    46:39 I think

    I really hate these.

    30 Consecutive Double Unders = Completed 2 rounds successfully. couple of 25s in there but mostly 4 and 5s.

    5 sets and a 22

    Also did a bit of biking, nice day.

    Yep. Made Del do a bike ride to the gym and did the mega super WOD fatal 40
    I scaled toes to bar to knees raises otherwise we were moving good.

    Me and heather started. Her run was faster than mine to begin it all and we never caught them. Just weighing Del down

    Cashed out with 27 unbroken double unders to make sure I still had my moxi. No big deal

    I tried using a much shorter rope…it was a mess…I’ll keep trying
    I had very low energy today…I don’t think I ate enough and it was time to take a day off
