    Way harder to do a workout like that alone!

    Unbroken squats, burpees slowed me down

    Then did

    55lb snatch + 2 OHS
    10 ghd sit ups
    75lb snatch + 2 ohs
    10 ghd sit ups
    85lb snatch + 2 OHS

    Left shoulder isn’t loving me lately.

    Then did a bunch of stretching.
