    I probably could have done this faster if I did my push ups on a box but, stubbornly .. I didn’t.. Did sets of 2 on my toes until then 1 at a time until 25, then I went to my knees and did negatives after each one.. Good news though, I could feel them in my triceps and not my chest today!
    Then did a mile run with Del and Karen.. 11:01
    Definitely a chatting run, not a run for time hahaha

    Shoulder is feeling some improvement after a couple physio appointments so was able to do some push-ups. It was a bit sore towards the end of them but feeling good so far tonight. 😊 Runs felt better then expected too.

    Compare to April 2010 – 16:15. It’s not often I get to look back this far in my CrossFit journey. I was pretty happy to see that I’m faster in my 50’s that I was in my 40’s. i guess this CrossFit stuff works!
