    Build to 70% of power snatch.

    4 rounds
    21 cal assault bike
    15 toes to bar
    7-135 lb snatch

    Finished around 19 minutes
    I didn’t push quite as hard as I could of but I was happy with my toes to bar I did 6-5-4 without problems for 4 rounds.

    Cash out
    3 sets of 15 GHD sit-ups. These felt much easier then last month.

    200m Kettlebell Carry (pick something you don’t want to carry) Went with the 50# ball, it was hard to find a good grip.
    1 Rope Climb (Actually did the full rope climb despite my fear of heights)

    3 rounds + some of the 400m Run, didn’t see the clock when I went out.
    Was a fun one, glad I went out on a Saturday.

    3 rounds even…tough one, a hair off last year but carrying more weight #60 vs #50
