    Then did 23 DUs in a row to shatter my previous record of 18. Then attempted again and got 36 DUs in a row!!!!!!!!

    Pretty happy with that because I’ve only done bench a few times in the last year (missed our whole strength cycle the last 2 years). Not sure I’ve done 135×3, 145×2 or even 155×1 before 🤷🏻‍♀️
    Theoretical 1RM is ~160#
