Barbell Turkish Getups
15 min to build up heavy

1 mile sandbag suitcase carry

Carry it with one hand at your side. Switch hands as needed. Just don’t put it on your back or carry it with both hands. Move with a purpose (like you’re about to miss your flight).

    Did the suitcase carry until past the halfway mark… then wasn’t getting anywhere and heaved it up on alternating shoulders for the rest of the way.
