    125(warm up) – 175-175-175

    WOD Rx = 6 rounds + 19 reps (5t2b)

    First round completely unbroken
    After that was 6-1 and 5-2 for t2b
    Wall Balls was 9-5 mostly

    With 14# WB & Hanging Leg Raises

    7 rounds + 2 WB

    All unbroken small rest between transitions.
