    Min 5 – Rest – this was great 😂

    Great 6am class. This WOD was a lot harder then it looked.

    Cleans were good, done at 15 seconds, all unbroken
    Row sucked, finished around 40-50 seconds each time
    Push jerks – all unbroken but those sucked
    Box jumps – all unbroken fast and rebounding

    Not as bad as I thought, but push jerks sucked

    I really enjoyed this and I’m glad I didn’t scale my weight down. Nice mix of barbell work and conditioning andddd my back felt good 🙂
