    50 dumbbell box step-ups (These were slow, 10-10-5-5-5-5-5-5)
    50 strict handstand push-ups (Got 1, Did 3, but 2 No reps)

    At 10 minutes, had completed 37 strict presses. This would have been much easier if I could have used my left arm, too, for lunges haha

    Was aiming for 5 HSPU and I got 11 so I’m pretty happy wit that

    The lunges were a lot harder then I thought, the box step ups were easier then i thought.. weird.
    Tie break time = 6:49 after the step ups!

    Tiebreak was 5:29. Went 2 lengths with R, then 2 with L. Then switched every 25.
    Box steps steady and unbroken.
