    Lost count of SU’s in third round. Might have done more than 150.

    These felt really heavy….maybe because I realized afterwards that I was calculating my back squat max on 200# (which is my dead lift max). I’ve never done a 200# back squat in my lift….math at 6 a.m. is HARD. Maybe I’ll surprise myself at CrossFit Total this Saturday.

    Lost complete track of time on this one, could have pushed harder on the pike holds and gone faster on the sit-ups. Happy to have done doubles (even though they still take me 3-5 singles to get going)

    Handstand hold (broke up into 20 seconds in first & 15 in second. By 3rd round I had to switch to 45# plate hold to meet cap.)

    2 minutes holding a handstand (30 + 30, then 15’s for a long time, then 10’s)

    Finished round 2 at exactly 12 min…

    Handstands: 20s with 10s rest; last round was 10s with 5-10s rest.
    Sit ups in about 90 secs.

    Paced this exactly to finish
