    Great class Mario, WBs felt great, really pace my rowing but I knew that was the only way to survive this WOD.

    4 Rounds, 5 Calories on the rower! 176 reps.

    This was a pacing workout for sure. Thanks for counting for me Cheryl.

    Did all wallballs 10-9
    Row was around 800-1100 throughout
    Got tough after round 5 started

    A few no reps. And transitions could have been a few seconds quicker. Row pace was roughly 1150-1300 per round.
