    DNF – too heavy on the DL…red-lined in rnd 3, had to take a break

  4. 1 mile ruck @ 6:20am…figured since I wasn’t making it in to the gym, I’d run the mile and aim for under 16 minutes. Turns out that’s a lot harder to do when you keep slipping on invisible patches of ice under the falling snow lol

    18:30 for 1 mile with 30# ruck

    12 Calorie Row (Only managed 10 calories in rounds 4 & 5, but 12 for the rest)

    Tough one. 10 deadlifts off the rower was brutal. Good one though. Happy I got in with my 6 a.m peeps, ahead of the snow storm
