    #70 KB, #25 Plates Steel plates, #45 Steel plates, #80 Sandbags, #45 Thin Plastic Plate (Those were hard on the grip)!

    70# I had to set down once, 80#, 3 times.. because… grip 🤪

    First round I jumped over the plate then realized I could go faster doing the double jump.. I started questioning life around the 30sec mark each time but managed to hold onto the kettlebell, so I feel I made a good choice..
