What happened when your mother told you what to do? You probably did the opposite, right?

As your nutrition coach, I’m not going to tell you what to do. Together, we’ll come up with the best habit for you to work on that will get you closer to your goals (ie. what you want). It’s a team approach.

We’ll start by getting a good sense of where you are currently, and what’s getting in your way. We’ll also do a body composition scan as a baseline.

Every 2 weeks, we’ll meet for 30 minutes to check-in and see how you’ve done. If you found the habit was easy, we’ll have two choices: make that habit a little more challenging, or layer a new habit on top of it. Think of it like nutritional building blocks: you don’t want to add another layer until the base is secure.

    WOD Rx = 3 rounds + 65 rep (finished all the toes to bar in the 4th round)

    Unbroken doubles for the first set then went downhill from there..:
    Toes to bar I did 6-5-4 and then 5-5- and singles
    Presses were 6-4 each round

    …just wasn’t there today.

    WOD:

    Really tough start to DU’s but went 30/20-ish after that,
    Managed 5 easy T2B each round then 3’s, 2’s and crap.
    Push Presses were unbroken…probably could have handled Rx.

    Today I got to workout! Happy with that!
