    Plenty of those wallballs were no reps, need some major work.

    Shorter breaks in the later rounds last time, mostly while breaking up the planks.

    DLs worked up to 395X3 – didn’t feel great, called it quits

    WOD

    Fourteen Fifty, are exe.

    Planks in sets of 20 with 5 second breaks ( two 10 second breaks in later rounds )
    I think my burps over the bar were slow. But I’m not sure I could have handled the planks if I’d have pushed any more…

    Lifts felt food today, even my back was ok..

    The pushups slowed me down, but I did them all on my toes.. Need to graduate to the 12# wallball.. Planks I did (30/30) last plank was unbroken, then I started wondering if I could have done them all that way.. 🤷‍♀️
    My plan was slow and steady, energy levels seem to be coming back..
