    Lunges were no problem. Box step ups were rough, right from the 1st round. Another WOD I underestimated!

    Started up on rep 4, but felt something in my lower right back…dropped it…really felt stiff right away, tweaked something. Went light on the WOD after this.

    2×20′ front rack DB lunges
    15 DB box step ups 20″
